Please submit these reports to this Office (Attention : Division Planning Unit or email address: [email protected]) on the following dates:
a. April 28, 2014 Form1 (Data on Early Registration and Form2 Basic Education Resources)
b. Daily (June 2-6, 2014) for the Checklist of Preparation for SY 2014-2015 Opening of Classes, June 2, 2014
c. Daily (June 2-30, 2014) Template on the Usual Issues and Concerns Attended to and Form 8 (List of Identified Congested Schools, with 56 and above class size including 3-shift classes); and
d. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday beginning May 30 to June 30, 2014 - for Division Reports for the Opening of Classes for SY 2014-2015 (Forms 3,4,5,6 & 7), for consolidation purposes.
